Before asking employees to pay for benefits, we start with a strategy designed to increase their take-home pay. That increase can help offset the cost of the coverage they choose.
An eligible employee can acquire selected benefits at zero net cost when their take-home-pay increase fully offsets their contribution. Employees may also choose more coverage and pay the difference. Results vary.
Start with CHAMP
CHAMP offers deductible-free covered everyday care and $0 copays for covered primary and urgent care. Covered prescriptions for employees and registered family members have $0 or $1 copays, subject to the current formulary and program terms.
For eligible employees, CHAMP may increase take-home pay while helping employers reduce payroll taxes. Employee increases and employer savings are distinct.
AffordaCare MVP · group major medical
Explore major medical coverage for covered hospital and surgical services, subject to the plan’s deductibles, coinsurance, exclusions and provider access.
All quoted amounts are monthly MVP group premiums for qualifying groups. Combined premiums are additional and not included. Ameritas and LifeX pricing is separate. Group eligibility and current plan and offer terms apply; contact us to confirm MVP enrollment and minimum-group requirements.
Combined Insurance · voluntary protection
Explore voluntary accident, critical illness, hospital and life insurance options. For qualifying covered events, the selected policy may provide cash to help with medical cost sharing or other financial needs.
Benefits follow the actual policy—not automatically the size of a medical bill. Combined does not replace major medical or guarantee that every expense is paid.

Yes, when an eligible employee’s take-home-pay increase fully offsets their selected benefit contribution. If coverage costs more than the increase, the employee pays the difference. This does not eliminate premiums, deductibles, copays or other medical expenses. Results are not guaranteed.
No. CHAMP supports deductible-free covered everyday care. It does not replace major medical or cover hospital stays and surgery. Major medical deductibles and coinsurance still apply.
No. Covered formulary prescriptions for employees and registered family members have $0 or $1 copays, subject to the offered plan and current formulary. Prescriptions outside the formulary are not promised at those copays.
CHAMP requires a qualifying business with at least five employees. Contact us to confirm MVP enrollment and group-minimum rules. Ask about eligibility-dependent LifeX options for individuals, families and smaller businesses.
No. The qualifying MVP + Combined offer reduces only the MVP major medical premium. Combined premiums are additional. The reduction does not apply to LifeX, Ameritas or the full package.
